Construction precautions:
The balcony floor has a 2% slope in the direction of the floor drain.
Apply the waterproof coating 2-3 times, with a thickness of ≥1.5mm and a wall height of 30cm.
Store water for 24 hours before acceptance and check for leakage.
The floor drain and threshold stone need to be sealed and reinforced.
